COATING
We offer a full line of API pipe with 14 – 16 mils of Fusion Bonded Epoxy. We stock material in all of the major coating facilities throughout the United States. Additionally, we can offer any coating your job might require.
COATINGS
We have the capabilities to provide ID & OD coatings to meet project specific specifications. With over 25 years of industrial and oil field knowledge. We are your source for project planning, lead times & availability, and specification information. We have relationships in place with the most reputable paint and coatings yards in the industry.
CUT TO LENGTH CARBON
Our relationship’s in place allow us to offer state of the art cutting facilities allow us to cut from 6” up to 48” OD and up to 1.5” wall thickness, with a tolerance of –0”/+2”. We can provide cut-to-length orders on all our products including Seamless, ERW, DSAW, A333 and Stainless Steel pipe.
GALVANIZING
We offer 1/2” – 6” in Seamless Hot Dip Galvanized in schedules STD, XH and 160; and 2” – 6” Grade B ERW STD Hot Dip Galvanized. Additionally, we can have other sizes galvanized in 3 – 5 days.
LOGISTICS
We are able to meet and exceed our customer’s transportation demands with quality trucking from port to port servicing all of their field locations. Whether it is coming out of a fabrication yard in Houston, TX or out of California, we can handle all of our customer’s freight requirements.
PIPE BENDING
We have the capabilities to provide pipe bends to meet customer needs. Whether it is cold bending for standard or heavy walls or induction bends (hot bends) for light walls, we have the knowledge base that you can lean on.
PIPE THREADING
We provide threaded and coupled API pipe. ½” thru 6” OD in black, galvanized, or stainless steel pipe.
PLATE ROLLING
We are proud to offer pressure vessel quality plate ¿PVQ¿ rolled in thicknes's ranging from ¿¿ to 1-1/2¿ with diameters of up to 16¿. Our relationships in the industry give us access to state of the art plate rolling equipment with a vast variety of capabilities.
SHRINK SLEEVES
We provide quality corrosion protection with shrink sleeves. Whether standard tube-type or wrap around type, we are your one source. We also supply bore kits for direct bore or road crossings, tape wrapping, and brush applied epoxy resins.
STRESS RELIEVING
We have relationships in place to offer preheat and post weld heat treatment of piping, vessels, exchangers and other related equipment. We provide industry buyers and field contacts with fast and helpful services hopefully making their jobs more efficient.
